What is UHY Prostir and how is it related to UHY International?
UHY Prostir is a Ukrainian consulting group and the Ukrainian member of UHY International (United Kingdom), an international network of independent accounting and consulting firms.
How long has the company been on the market?
UHY Prostir has been providing audit, accounting, payroll, HR, tax consulting and legal services in Ukraine for over 23 years.
What kind of clients do you work with?
We work with startups, mid-sized and large businesses, non-profit organizations (NGOs) and representative offices of foreign companies, across sectors from IT, healthcare and digital platforms to mining, wholesale, import and export, manufacturing and services.
What does the process look like?
The process follows a documented SOP: request → needs assessment (scope, risks, deadlines) → proposal with a fixed price and clearly defined responsibilities → delivery on an agreed schedule, with a dedicated partner as your contact → regular reporting, with the status of your work available at any time. You always know who owns the result and where each task stands.
Is your professional liability insured?
Yes. We carry professional liability insurance with Allianz for UAH 10 million, covering our audit, accounting and legal work.
Can we work together remotely?
Yes. We handle audit, accounting support, payroll and legal advice remotely, using electronic document systems (Vchasno, M.E.Doc, Document Online, FREDO) and online communication. The exceptions are steps that need notarization or an original paper document; those still call for someone to be there in person.
