How much do your services cost?
The cost depends on the scope and complexity of the tasks. After a short conversation we prepare a proposal with a clear scope of work and price. For accounting services, the online calculator gives an estimate.
How does the handover from a previous accountant or provider work?
We organize the handover ourselves: we agree on the list of documents and accesses, review the state of the books and fix the starting point, so the transition does not interrupt your operations.
What about the confidentiality of our data?
We work under a contract with confidentiality obligations, and UHY Prostir's professional liability is insured for UAH 10 million with Allianz — clients have both legal and financial guarantees.
Do you work with small companies?
Yes. We do not divide business by scale: we work with multinational companies and smaller family businesses alike.
Is remote cooperation and communication in English possible?
Yes. We work online with clients from Ukraine and abroad and support projects in English — convenient for foreign clients and representative offices of international companies.
Who is liable for accounting errors?
We take real responsibility for our work: professional liability is insured with Allianz for 10 million UAH, providing clients with additional financial guarantees.
