HR Administration Specialist

Your key responsibilities
- ✓Full cycle of HR administration
- ✓Advising on labour law and internal policies
- ✓Military registration: advisory and documentary support for clients
- ✓Archiving and organising documents
- ✓Monitoring legislative changes and implementing updates into processes
You are a good fit if you
- ✓Have experience in HR administration
- ✓Are well versed in the provisions of the Labour Code and regulatory documents
- ✓Experience with Microsoft 365, M.E.Doc and 1C/BAS is a plus
- ✓Have strong communication, attention to detail and organisation, and can explain complex things simply
- ✓English from Pre-Intermediate level — useful for documents and correspondence
Practical experience in military registration is an advantage.

Format and schedule
Office: Kyiv, 14 Vasylkivska St. (STEND Business Center), Holosiivska metro station, or hybrid by arrangement. Schedule: 09:00—18:00 (Friday until 16:45), 45-minute lunch; a 10:00—19:00 option is possible.
Compensation
The level of remuneration will be discussed individually at the interview stage and based on the assessment of competencies.

Internship
The key goal of an internship at UHY Prostir is learning and gaining practical experience — and practice on real tasks is the foundation of professionalism. Upon completing the internship there is a possibility of employment in one of our companies. Thus, choosing the specialization for internship, you automatically choose your future profession. In addition, taking into consideration the results of the internship, we can provide a recommendation. The internship is open to university students of the 3rd–6th years, and the total internship period is from 1 to 3 months.
