Nataliia is responsible for developing the innovation ecosystem of UHY Prostir, helping the company adopt digital technologies effectively and automate business processes.

The main focus of her work is finding and implementing practical solutions that simplify internal processes, increase the team’s productivity and improve the quality of services for clients. She coordinates digital transformation projects, the adoption of artificial intelligence technologies and the development of corporate digital services.

With many years of experience in accounting outsourcing, Nataliia understands the specifics of the business well and pays particular attention to making sure that technology delivers measurable, practical results.

She has been with the UHY Prostir team since 2013. She graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman with a degree in Accounting and Audit. She continuously develops her professional competencies in digital transformation, automation, project management and the application of artificial intelligence.

The founders of a foreign company were urgently changing management amid suspicions of misconduct. I helped gather the key documents and deliver them to London.
