  1. A list of educational institutions whose services you can pay for to receive a tax credit can be found on the websites of city or regional councils' departments of education and science, as well as on the website of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine.
  2. The current declaration form can be found here.
  3. List of additional documents for obtaining a tax credit:
  • application for a tax credit
  • copies of receipts for payment for educational services
  • copy of the contract for the provision of educational services
  • certificate of income from the place of employment (for the year specified in the declaration)
  • copy of passport and identification code
  • copy of the child's birth certificate (if you paid for a child)

Methods for submitting the declaration and additional documents:

  1. In person – at the taxpayer service center at your place of registration.
  2. Send by mail to the taxpayer service center at your place of registration. We recommend sending documents by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
  3. Through the electronic taxpayer's cabinet. For this, you must have an electronic digital signature for individuals, obtained from any ASCK (accredited key certification center). Please note that through the cabinet, you can only submit the declaration, and additional documents must be sent using the method specified in point 1 or 2.
