
For 13 years UHY Prostir has supported Gühring LLC — the Ukrainian company of the international Gühring Group with more than 125 years of history: day-to-day accounting, payroll and management reporting for the headquarters in Germany.
The request and the goal of the cooperation
The company needed to scale its operations without losing accounting quality, while keeping its processes under control, its finances transparent and itself ready for new tasks.
The starting point
Parallel workstreams with several accounting scenarios, high demands on document-flow discipline and a significant operational load. Standardised rules and roles and stable communication with the headquarters were needed.
What we set up
We established stable accounting processes: accounting rules in line with the group’s requirements, source-document flows and approval logic, regular control procedures, period closings and management reporting for Germany. Full support: ongoing accounting, settlements, payroll, reporting and communication with HQ.
HR records and outstaffing
We support HR procedures, documentation and registers, and advise on labour law. A separate arrangement is outstaffing: our specialist works at the client’s office 4–5 days a week, which speeds up document processing and interaction with the team.
Audits, compliance and quality control
We supported several external audits and headquarters reviews: document readiness, accounting quality control and compliance checks.
The result: what improved
Transparency of the financial perimeter and reporting, controllable processes and predictable period closings, lower operational risks thanks to controls and standardisation. The business scales steadily without accounting gaps.
