The request and the goal of the cooperation

The starting point
Several business lines with different operating logic, unevenly developed processes, a heavy load on accounting, document flow and payroll. Standardisation, formalised procedures and compliance with labour law were needed.
What we did in accounting
We set up rules for the key accounting scenarios and put control procedures in place.

We prepared processes with defined roles and control points, reviewed contractual and accounting scenarios, and supported the official launches.
